Processing Time
Please allow a processing time of 3-5 business days, not including Federal Holidays or weekends.
Currently shipping within the United States only!
ALL domestic orders (orders made within the United States) are shipped exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All tracking information will be provided to you once the item has been shipped. You will receive a shipping notice via email when your item has shipped.
Want to combine shipping? If you place more than one order within 3 days of each other, please email us at boldlyyo@gmail.com. We care about the environment and try our best to create less waste, we are more than happy to combine shipping for your orders. If we don't receive an email within those 3 days, we will ship out the orders separately.
Lost??
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to USPS! The package is out of my hands once it is shipped and no longer responsible once dropped off at the post office. Due to the current events of any kind, there may be delays in receiving your order. All orders will have tracking information for your records.
‼️Please double check that the address provided when placing an order is correct! We are NOT responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please reach out ASAP with any changes!‼️
If your order is returned to us due to a *customer error* when providing the shipping address, you have the option of being refunded 50% of the item's price at time of purchase, or pay shipping again to have the order resent to correct destination.
