About
Boldly Yo is an acrylic accessories business based in the San Antonio, Texas, area that is taking Mexican/Latinx culture and amplifying it into loud and colorful statement earrings.
The name "Boldly Yo" to me represents; one who embraces being Mexican American, or Latinx, and all the beauty that comes with la cultura, as well as for those who respect it, love it, and aren't afraid to show their appreciation.
Using my Artistic and Fashion backgrounds, I wanted to create a business and space where others who share the same experiences could wear their culture boldly y proudly. Like many first gen, I struggled in trying to find where I belonged growing up, and for the sake of "fitting in" or "assimilating," I ran from what makes me, me. The truth is, as first gen, I wish I would have seen more representation on TV, Cinema, books, and as a Fashion Graduate, the Fashion industry. Through my eyes and experiences I want Boldly Yo to be that bit of difference and representation.
As an adult who has relearned to love her roots, I can proudly say que soy a spanglish speaking Mexican American, who no longer shys away from where she comes from.

Boldly Yo believes fashion is for everyone, regardless of gender or sex, and strives to foster a strong sense of belonging by representing diverse people, drawing inspiration from Hispanic heritage and pop culture nostalgia, while featuring real community members in our work. Lastly Boldly Yo is dedicated to using this platform to support causes that align with its values.
