Refund policy

 

Boldly Yo does NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges, on any items due to the fact that they are made to order and for sanitary reasons.

If there is an issue with your item(s) upon delivery, please let us know immediately within 24 hours of delivery! MUST PROVIDE PHOTOS. We will assess the situation and send a replacement if applicable. NOTE: In order to replace damaged items, we must receive the returning item first. Items from our Oopsies Collection are excluded from any sort of case, as it is made clear that these items are either sample items or have a minor defect, making them FINAL SALE. 

NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR LOST PACKAGES. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS! The package is out of my hands once it is shipped and no longer responsible once dropped off at the post office.

Cancellations

Cancellations are NOT accepted past 24hrs of payment. If you need to cancel your order after placing it (purchasing the wrong product, changing your mind, etc.) please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order to get a full refund. Please keep in mind before ordering that ALL items are made to order, therefore, processing starts immediately. 

Due to sanitary concerns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
